Development

After an acquisition of properties, we connect with our engineering and construction partners to lay-out housing development process and planning. 

Properties acquisition

Once we acquired fundings, whether it's through community fundraising, local, state or federal grants, our team at Blackoak Project connect with other companies and agencies to help us to acquire properties through-out the county.  

Partners & Fundraising

Our first and most crucial steps to any upcoming and future housing developments is the communities of donors. We also seek various  companies and agencies who believe in our mission to not only help us with fundraising, but to partner with us, so ALL of us can work towards a common cause.
